Peer Review Process
Submission to First Reply within 5 days | Review Time 45-50 Days | Publication 55-60 Days
At IRAETC Publisher, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, objectivity, and quality in scholarly publishing. To achieve this, we employ a rigorous double-blind peer review process for all submitted manuscripts. This process ensures that both authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the evaluation, promoting unbiased assessments based solely on the scholarly merits of the work. Below is an overview of our double-blind peer review process:
1. Manuscript Submission:
Authors submit their manuscripts electronically through our online submission system. During this process, authors are required to remove any identifying information, such as author names, affiliations, or acknowledgments, from the manuscript file to ensure anonymity.
2. Initial Editorial Evaluation:
Upon receiving a manuscript, our editorial team conducts an initial assessment to ensure that it aligns with the scope and guidelines of the journal.
3. Assignment of Reviewers:
Manuscripts are assigned to two or more independent reviewers with expertise in the subject area. Reviewers are selected based on their knowledge, experience, and lack of conflicts of interest with the authors.
4. Double-Blind Review:
The assigned reviewers receive the anonymized manuscript, with author identities concealed. Authors are also unaware of the reviewers' identities.
5. Peer Review Evaluation:
Reviewers thoroughly evaluate the manuscript's scientific validity, methodology, originality, clarity, and contribution to the field. They provide detailed comments, critiques, and recommendations in a confidential review report.
6. Editorial Decision:
The editorial team reviews the feedback from the peer reviewers and makes an editorial decision. Possible outcomes include acceptance, minor or major revisions, further review, or rejection.
7. Author Revisions:
If revisions are requested, authors are given the opportunity to address the reviewers' comments and make improvements to their manuscript.
8. Re-review (if necessary):
In cases where significant revisions are requested, the revised manuscript may undergo a second round of review to ensure that the suggested changes have been adequately incorporated.
9. Final Editorial Decision:
The editorial team makes the final decision based on the revised manuscript, reviewer feedback, and the manuscript's alignment with the journal's standards and scope.
10. Publication:
Accepted manuscripts undergo copyediting, proofreading, and formatting processes to ensure they meet the journal's publication standards. The final version is then published online and in print, if applicable.
11. Anonymity Preserved:
Throughout the entire process, the identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential to ensure impartiality and integrity.
12. Author Notification:
Authors are informed of the editorial decision and, if applicable, provided with the expected publication date.
13. Ethical Considerations:
IRAETC Publisher adheres to strict ethical guidelines regarding issues such as conflicts of interest, plagiarism, and data integrity. Authors are expected to uphold these ethical standards.
Our double-blind peer review process is integral to maintaining the credibility and excellence of the research published in our journals. It guarantees that submitted manuscripts are rigorously assessed by independent experts, contributing to the advancement of knowledge in various fields. We remain committed to providing a platform for high-quality and unbiased research dissemination.
